The 2-bit noninverting converter is a bidirectional voltage level shifter that can be used to establish digital switching compatibility between mixed-voltage systems.It uses two independently configurable supply rails, with the A-port supporting an operating voltage range of 1.65 V to 3.6 V while tracking the VCCA supply, and the B-port supporting an operating voltage range of 2.3 V to 5.5 V while tracking the VCCB supply.This allows the device to support lower and higher logic signal levels while allowing bidirectional conversion between 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V voltage nodes at will.When the output enable (OE) input is low, all inputs/outputs are in a high impedance state, significantly reducing the power supply quiescent current consumption.To ensure a high impedance state during power-up or power-down, ground OE through a pull-down resistor whose minimum value depends on the current sourcing capability of the driver.
