The SN74AXC2T245 is a 2-bit, non-inverting bus transceiver that uses two independently configurable power rails. The device operates with VCCA and VCCB supply voltages as low as 0.65V. The A port is designed to track VCCA, which can also support any supply voltage from 0.65V to 3.6V. The B port is designed to track VCCB, which can also support any supply voltage from 0.65V to 3.6V. In addition, the SN74AXC2T245 is compatible with single-supply systems. The SN74AXC2T245 device is designed to enable asynchronous communication between data buses. Depending on the logic level of the direction control input (DIRx), the device transfers data from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus. The SN74AXC2T245 device is designed to reference the control pin (DIR) to VCCA.
