The TPD1E10B06 is a single-channel ESD TVS diode available in a small 0402 package for space-constrained applications, as well as the industry-standard SOD-523 package.This TVS protection product provides ± 30kV contact ESD and ± 30kV IEC air gap protection and has an ESD clamp circuit with back-to-back TVS diodes for bipolar or bidirectional signal support.The 12pF line capacitance of this ESD protection diode is suitable for a variety of applications capable of supporting data transfer rates up to 400Mbps.Typical applications for this ESD protection product are as a protection circuit for audio lines (microphones, headphones, and speakers), SD interfaces, keyboards or other buttons, VBUS pins and ID pins of USB ports, and general purpose I/O ports.The ESD clamp circuit is suitable for protecting end devices such as portable devices, wearable devices, set-top boxes, electronic point-of-sale devices, appliances, and building automation products.
